Destineo is a department of multimodal information about transport in Pays de la Loire piloted by the Region of Pays de la Loire in partnership with:
- The Departments of Maine-et-Loire, Loire-Atlantique, the Sarthe and the Mayenne,
- the following conglomerations : Nantes Métropole, Angers Loire Métropole, la Communauté d'Agglomération du Choletais, Saumur Loire Développement, la CARENE (Communauté d'Agglomération de la Région Nazairienne et de l'Estuaire), la Ville de La Roche-sur-Yon
- la Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Nantes
- Aéroport Nantes-Atlantique.

Management system of the contents: the site Destineo consists of two types of contents.
- The first one is the database on the transport which is of use to the calculation of route (choice of routes, proposition of schedules, management of the correspondences, the calculation of the time of walking). These contents are managed by the software NaviTia, developed by Canal TP
- The second concerns the editorial contents, that is the pages of presentation of the partners or the information of current events … These contents are managed by the software EzPublish.
This site was realized by the company Canal TP.

Computing and Freedom

The present hypertext links on the site Destineo and directing the users to other web sites do not engage the responsibility of the editorial staff of the site Destineo as for the contents of these sites.

When present data on this site have a name specific character, the users have to make use of it in compliance with regulations in force and with recommendations of the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL).
The information used by the Internet users owes the being only to personal, associative or professional purposes, any distribution or use for commercial purposes or advertising being excluded. The meditative name specific information is the object of an intended IT processing, according to the choices of the Internet user, in:

- Answer the questions put by the Internet user in the page "Contact". The present site constitutes a work the Region of Pays de la Loire of which is the author in the sense of articles L. 111.1 and following ones of the Code of the intellectual property.

The Region is an owner of the web site operated for the multimodal exploitation of the information system on the passenger transportations in Pays de la Loire. The technical data feeding the site remain the property of every partner community.

Logos, icons and graphic chips represented on the site are protected in conformance with copyright and articles L.511.1 and following ones of the Code of the intellectual property relative to the protection of the registered designs.

The reproductions, on a paper or IT support, of the aforementioned site and the works which are reproduced are authorized under reserve there that they are strictly reserved for a personal usage excluding any usage to fine advertising agents and\or commercial and\or of information and\or that they are corresponding to the stipulations of the article L122-5 of the Code of the Intellectual property.
