www.destineo.fr is a multimodal information service on transport in the Pays de la Loire. It is coordinated by the Pays de la Loire Regional Council in partnership with 17 local authorities in the region:
- the 5 departments (Loire-Atlantique, Maine-et-Loire, Mayenne, Sarthe and Vendée),
- 9 conurbations (Metropolitan Nantes, Metropolitan Angers Loire, Metropolitan Le Mans, Laval Conurbation, La Roche-sur-Yon Conurbation, LA CARENE, the Choletais Conurbation Community, Saumur Loire Développement and the Les Olonnes Commune Community),
- 2 town councils (Sablé-sur-Sarthe and Fontenay-le-Comte) and
- the Nantes-Atlantique Airport concessionary.

Content management system: eZ Publish is a free management system (open-source, GPL licence) for Internet and Intranet content published by eZ Systems.
The Destineo site also uses My SQL 5 software (open source, GPL licence) for content management (Datamining) and PHP (open source – BSD licence), published by Zend for the media.
For its transport data management (theoretical information, on disruption or in real time), Destineo uses the SQL Server software published by Microsoft.
Finally, the business tools (journey calculator, traffic information publication, database publication and management) are provided by Canal TP: NAViTiA (Published by SaaS).

COMPUTER FILES AND INDIVIDUAL LIBERTIES
The personal details that we collect are processed, depending on the choices made by the Internet user, for the purposes of:
- Answering the questions asked by the Internet user in the "Contact" page. In this respect, personal details may be passed on to Canal TP, the website manager, the Pays de la Loire Regional Council and all the local authorities who are partners to the project: they remain the sole property of the Pays de la Loire Regional Council and are not re-used for any purpose other than to provide the answers to requests from Internet users.
- Creating a user account. The personal details are to make using the website easier for regular users. They may be used by the Pays de la Loire Regional Council and Canal TP, the website manager, for the sole purpose of an annual update. They are the property of the Pays de la Loire Regional Council.
Where the data on the website is of a personal nature, users must use it in compliance with the regulations in force and the recommendations of the “Commission nationale de l'informatique and des libertés” (CNIL- French data protection authority).
In accordance with the modified Act of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and individual liberties, you have the right to object to, access and correct any information concerning you. If you wish to exercise that right and have such information communicated to you, you may:
- Modify or delete your user account by signing into it;

USING DESTINEO DATA
The information must only be used by Internet users for personal, associative or professional purposes only, and never distributed or used for commercial or advertising purposes.
The Regional Council is the owner of the Destineo database which is made up of all the public transport network bases belonging to each partner authority (urban, departmental and regional networks).
The database may be placed at the disposal of third parties through the granting of a licence, which is issued at the discretion of the Regional Council and the partners to the project. Two standard licence models have been drawn up:
- Licence for delivery only, for internal use or for re-use, commercial or otherwise, that does not require a data update;
- Licence for access via a webservice. This licence is for re-use, commercial or otherwise, that requires the data to be updated for broadcasting.

COPYRIGHT AND/OR RIGHTS RELATING TO DRAWINGS, PHOTOS AND TEXTS
This site constitutes a work of which the Pays de la Loire Regional Council is the author under the terms of articles L. 111.1 and following of the Intellectual Property Regulations.
The Regional Council is the owner of the website that has been produced to operate the multimodal information system for passenger transport in the Pays de la Loire and the database made up from all the transport network bases belonging to each partner authority.
The logos, icons and graphics chips shown on the website are protected by copyright and by articles L.511.1 and following of the Intellectual Property Regulations relating to trademark protection.
Reproduction on paper or electronic media of the said website and any works that appear on it is authorised on the condition that it is strictly for personal use and will not be used for advertising and/or commercial and/or information purposes and/or complies with the provisions of article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Regulations.
With the exception of the above provisions, all reproduction, representation, usage or modification, by any process and in any format whatsoever, of all or part of the website, or all or part of the various works that it contains, is strictly prohibited without the prior authorisation of the “Pays de la Loire Regional Council - Direction Transports et Déplacements”, and will be deemed to be an act of piracy.
AVERTISSEMENT
The information provided by the website www.destineo.fr (ouverture dans une nouvelle fenêtre) (opens in a new window) (e.g. timings, itineraries, location and names of the stops, general and fare information, etc.) is given for guidance purposes only. Despite every care taken in producing and checking the service, it may still contain material errors or omissions; timings and itineraries may vary according to traffic conditions or problems linked to completing these itineraries.
The Partners (Local authorities responsible for transport organisation, Nantes Atlantique Airport, SNCF) guarantee the reliability of the data and information they have supplied. The carriers provide Destineo with the information about the various networks that they manage. The partners undertake to update the timetable information at least when the timetables change, when there is any change to services on their network and every time the network is restructured.
The Pays de la Loire Regional Council regularly updates the site when timetable changes are signalled by carriers. However, to update the site, it may take a certain time after the new timetables have come into operation. This depends on when the carriers communicate the new timetables and on the time between site updates, which is incompressible (weekly updates).
The Pays de la Loire Regional Council may not be held liable for any errors originating from information provided by partners and/or carriers, which turns out to be inaccurate.
The Pays de la Loire Regional Council is responsible for the editorial content (pages, texts, translations, etc.) shown on the Destineo website. It reserves the right to modify or correct the editorial content of the site and these legal notices at any time without notice. The Partners undertake to regularly supply the Region with updated editorial content offering practical information concerning them (service offers, service numbers, links to their site, etc.).
The Pays de la Loire Regional Council may not be held liable for any poor-quality broadcasting of the information due to possible problems on the Internet network or to incompatibility with the user’s web browser. The Regional Council undertakes to make every effort to ensure that the site is accessible to users at all times. However, it may not be held liable if the site becomes inaccessible for any reason whatsoever.
Any decision that may be taken by an individual consulting this site as a result of the information contained in it will be the sole responsibility of that individual.
